Recently the Jack Daniel’s Properties Inc. from California got in touch with us, because of the motive we used for our Whiskey Shirt.

They say, that the motvie strongly relies on the JD Logo and there is a conflict potential in cases of intelectual property and the advertisement of alcohol, although they like our music and our affection of the trademark.

Fortunately we are allowed to sell the shirts we have in stock, but there’s going to be no reissue of this shirt.

So if you want to have such a legendary shirt, then order it now in our online shop. Only few copies are left!

Finally I like to highlight, that in general it is prohibited to modify registered logos for own purposes and the usage and circulation is not legal.
